Summary:
As Our Support Engineers you will be responsible for providing quality technical support to worldwide customers.
Responsibilities:
Respond in a professional and timely manner to customers’ inquiries via ticket, email and telephone.
Take ownership of customer reported issues (mostly technical) and see problems through to resolution.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve system issues.
Refer to internal databases or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
Learn about product updates and new related technologies.
Requirements:
Experience in high technology
Experience in IT and network security- a great advantage
Good presentation skills and comfortable with web meeting, email and phone communications
Speak and write English at ‘mother tongue’ level, Other spoken languages (mainly German and Dutch) are a great advantage.
Experience in programming or familiarity with source code testing tools is a huge plus
Comfortable working in a small, widely distributed, international orga
