About the Group:
The design team has 4 members: Brand manager, Graphic designer, Motion designer, and UX-UI manager. The team is a part of the Marketing department which crafts the company’s messaging, manages the brand globally, and executes online and offline campaigns for demand generation and brand awareness.
What will YOU do?
You will be Leading brilliant solutions for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets & software.
You will ensure that all elements of the online UX are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, visual design and consistency across platforms/products.
Gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers, marketing and biz dev teams.
Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets.
Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and industry best practices. Testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
Adhering to brand standards on typography and graphic design. Work closely with the graphic design team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experience for the customer.
You will work on an agile changing environment.
4+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer
Proven experience in B2B companies (experience in research methologies is a bonus)
A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
Fluency in Adobe CC Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD) and Sketch
Experience with prototype tools as flinto/figma
Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS – Optional
Dealing with analytic platforms and tools
Experience collaborating closely with R&D
Knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices – Optional
Dynamic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
A highly articulate communicator and team player
Ability to deliver within a complex environment
Flexibility and ability to thrive under pressure will serve you well
