A software company in Tel Aviv is looking for a Senior BackEnd Team lead to join their team of bright thinkers and doers!
You will use your problem-solving creativity to design, architect, and develop high-end technology solutions in the digital-advertising / real-time bidding space.
Responsibilities:
– Take ownership of the company’s flagship real-time data engine, end-to-end, and be responsible for rolling out its functional roadmap.
– Collaborate with product managers, projects managers, architects and software engineers to design and deliver our product.
– Analyze and improve performance, scalability and stability of our platforms
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience in engineering management roles.
– 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
– Proficiency & Strong development background with latest Architecture trends, big data practices, event streaming and design patterns
– Both NodeJS and GoLang
– Java is plus
– Kafka, ksqlDB,
– ClickHouse
– MySql, Mongo
– Real-life experience with developing and maintaining large scale production systems.
– Experience of Micro-Services solution development and delivery, experience with APIs design and development
Preferred Requirements:
– Excellent problem solving & communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate across functional and technical teams
Self-motivated, energetic, organized, driven and result oriented
Take initiatives and work independently without constant supervision
– High attention to detail and commitment to quality
