A global marketing agency is looking for a PPC Team Leader to join their Tel Aviv office!
Responsibilities:
– Client relations: Lead and manage client relationships, be accountable for your clients’ portfolio, participate in pitches and sales processes, be your clients’ trusted advisor.
– Team Manager Manage a team of PPC Account Managers and Account Strategists.
– Inspire, empower, motivate and coach them. Balance workload properly, assign tasks to appropriate staff and anticipate potential issues. Detect the talents and help them in their
personal development.
– Partnership with digital Media channel- Create and maintain our relationships with the digital media platforms, with a strong focus on Google, Facebook, Taboola and Outbrain.
Requirements:
– B.A \ B.Sc. or equivalent degree – A must. MBA- An advantage.
– 2-3 years of hands on PPC experience in a media company / agency.
– Experience running performance lead activity – huge advantage
– Managed people for at least 12 months.
– Have a proven experience working with local clients in the online advertising industry.
– Strong interpersonal skills: being a natural leader, able to drive people, be driven by insights and results
– Analytical skills, being flexible, organized, accurate and a real problem solver
– Fluent in English and Hebrew
