Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager (part time) to join our growing leadership team. As an OM, you will manage accounts and be responsible for their success.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, creative, and experienced in management and working remotely.
Responsibilities:
Provide optimization ideas to improve processes and ensure goals are met for each account as well as for the operations team as a whole
Participate in weekly operations calls and monthly operations meetings to review activities and strategize
Meet clients in Israel when needed
Manage communications with clients, including reports and reviewing activities
Setting up an account – collecting the relevant data and being responsible for the process
Meeting deadlines and sticking with pre-defined timelines
Managing a team for each account
Be responsible for client satisfaction and retention on the accounts you manage
Identify and address problems and process optimization opportunities within the company and account you manage
Support employee communication within the teams you manage
Requirements:
Mother-tongue English
Hebrew – advantage
Experience in operations management or related field
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PPT, CRM and other similar Office-related tools
