Company looking to build out a Jerusalem office to service a client who is a U.S based Real Estate company with strong ties to the Residential mortgage industry.
Client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial company servicing residential mortgage lenders throughout the US. Our clients niche product combines cutting edge software and excellent customer service, that allowed them to grow from eight people in one department to over eighty across nine departments, all within the span of three years.
We are looking to hire a leader who will be the main liaison to execute client’s business requirements and help develop, create and manage multiple teams and work with the US counterpart. Candidate will work directly with Chief Operating Officer and need to work hand in hand with the operations, sales, and technology teams.

This position is based during US hours of 9am-5pm EST (4pm-12am Israel time).
The ideal candidate should have the below qualifications
* Ability to lead, develop and train teams
* 5+ years of experience in operations, call center and customer service management
* Strong familiarity with technology applications and Excel
* Ability to work in both a macro and microenvironment
* Experience managing teams 10+
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
