As CYREBRO’s Head of Product Marketing, you’ll have the unique opportunity to join a fast-growing Marketing team and to build the Product Marketing group. You should have the superpowers of strategizing and a being hands-on professional, with deep Cyber understanding & experience at the same time. We are looking for the one who can present our platform in ways that convey our truly unique story.
In this role you will build the product marketing machine from scratch, developing the go-to-market and content strategies and tools.
Responsibilities
Oversee CYREBRO’s Go-To-Market strategy, from planning all the way to execution
Work with the Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate the product and capabilities into customer value.
Develop a deep understanding of the buying audience, target personas, buyer needs, and the purchasing decision process
Lead market segmentation and targeting, product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with the buying audience
Develop competitive positioning for the product
Drive product marketing direction, collaborating with brand marketing, demand gen, and field marketing teams
Support sales teams globally with sales enablement tools
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product marketing in a Cyber technology company
Track record of helping businesses stand out in crowded markets
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications
You’re results-oriented and know how to evaluate and prioritize product marketing activities to improve results
You’re able to coordinate across many teams and perform in a fast-moving organization
Team player, ability to work cross-functionally, great communication & presentation skills
You’re passionate about product-led growth and helping software companies of all sizes become more product-led
