Livolt is looking for a worker to manage appointment setting.

Job Description: Scheduling Fieldwork

Corresponding with clients (building managers and superintendents) to schedule Energy Audit appointments for properties in New York.

The scheduler will determine building location proximity and travel time. They will work closely with the fieldworker on site.

Correspondence is done via email, text and phone. Must be available during EST business hours for sporadic incoming phone calls/ email correspondence.

Skills: Hardworking, multitasker. Organized. Ability to hold new information accurately. Mother tongue English.  Professional English writing style.
