Looking for a Personal Assistant – a Huge
Opportunity to See the Ins and Out of a Fast-Growing eCom Startup in the Beauty Niche.
You’ll get to work closely with the owner of the company learn how things work
and help with the daily operation.
Among your responsibilities (but not limited to):
* daily admin tasks – manage emails, communications and close “loose ends”.
* communicate with suppliers and partners to ensure on time delivery to our warehouse.
* help with recruiting and hiring new team members.
* Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
* other similar tasks may apply.
Minimum Requirements:
* Native English Speaker & Good Level of Hebrew- you’ll be working both with local and international partners of ours.
* Great organization skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Good with excel / google spreadsheets and Google Docs.
* Computers-oriented (can quickly learn new tools / apps and how to use them).
* a “Team Player” – but one that doesn’t need to be held by hand… can work on your own.
* Goals-Oriented with a “Problem-Solving” personality.
* Advantage (yet not mandatory): any experience in retail / ecommerce.
Working Hours are Flex and can be negotiated.
Great for Moms / Students
Work from Our Offices in Tel Aviv/Lod and partly from home (to be discussed).
