Abraham Hostels and Tours are looking for a Director of Finance!
Abraham Hostels & Tours Group is a growing network of guest accommodation for foreign tourists, groups and families in a young and international atmosphere, with branches in Jerusalem, Nazareth, Eilat and Tel Aviv, as well as an in-house large tour company and bars.
The position is full time, reports to the CEO directly and involved in high level management topics.
Abraham’s HQ is located in Jerusalem.
Job Description:
Managing all of the group’s financial activity including FP&A, treasury ,accounting etc.
Involvement in cross company projects and management strategic forums
Debt,capital investments and government grants management
Budget control and responsibility for executing financial and board reports
Managing the finance department personnel (controller, Bookkeeper and payroll controller)
Leading role in setting procedures and controls across the organization
Investors relationship
Responsibility for legal agreements such as suppliers and employees contracts
Requirements:
CPA or a B.A. in economics or other financial degree
Proven track record as a finance manager or a CPA at an organization with a business cycle of at least 10M NIS
High level of English and Hebrew
Methodical approach
Ability to initiate and improve organizational topics while being involved and have precision of details
Team leader with motivational skills, ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Technology oriented
Work experience in the tourism industry – an advantage
