ModLi.co, a fashion-tech E-commerce company is seeking a full-time Customer Success agent. Contract is seasonal, for 6-8 months. Training will be from the office in Jerusalem.
Job Description:
Responding to daily customer inquiries through support tickets, live chat, and phone calls.
Following up on customer interactions, maintaining existing customer relationships and increasing customer loyalty.
This is not a sales position!
Requirements:
Fluent Hebrew
Service oriented
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Patient & courteous
Experience with Zendesk is a plus!
Experience working in a similar position, also a plus!
Start date- mid-February
