NYC Apartment building supply company seeking an energetic and self-motivated customer service rep in Israel who is results driven and must place an extremely high value on service related company/client relationships. Responsibilities include dealing with customers, answering phones, responding to emails & data entry. This position is fast paced and requires a high level of accuracy and speed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Communicating with customers via telephone, email, chat
• Accurately enter data into system
• Work must be conducted in a timely and organized manner
• Verify and correct information as necessary
• Follow all identified data entry policies and procedures
• Establishing rapport with customers
• Perform various clerical duties as needed
• Special projects as assigned
Education & Experience Required:
• Experience with buildings supplies a major plus
• 2-4 years of previous office experience
Required Skills and Abilities:
• English-speaking a must
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency a must
• QuickBooks experience a strong plus
• Experience with Microsoft office applications
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality
• Punctuality and consistent work attendance
• Positive demeanor with a “can do” attitude
• Professional phone demeanor
Work schedule to coincide with NY Time Zone (EST)
Physical Requirements:
Work is completed in an office setting in the Efrat/ Beitar area. Manual dexterity, visual acuity is required.
