Administrative Coordinator
Location: Har Hotzvim, Jerusalem
This position is within the Accounts Receivable Team. Specific Responsibilities:
🌀Coordinate documentation for accounts receivable
🌀Create Sales Quotes/Invoices
🌀Phone and email relations with customers and payment departments
🌀Tracking sales, incoming payments
🌀Preparing charts and reports
Requirements
🌀English mother tongue level (spoken and written)
🌀Effective Hebrew communication skills a plus
🌀Strong Excel skills required
🌀Experience with SAP a plus
🌀Team-player with strong organizational skills
🌀A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
🌀Energetic, personable, and professional
🌀The position is full time – minimum 7 hours per day
🌀Residence in Jerusalem area
🌀Starting immediately
