Job Duties:
With an eye for detail and skilled at organization, you will be responding to customer inquiries and sales leads, follow-up with phone calls and emails, written communication, customer database maintenance.
Qualifications:
– Proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs, E-mail Campaigns
– Customer Support / Customer service experience
– Fluent English – mother tongue (Hebrew a bonus)
– Experience writing, editing and copywriting skills
– Ability to navigate the internet, including experience on social media platforms
This is a part time position with potential for full time. You will be requested to offer a writing sample as part of the pre-interview process.
