Duties include:

  • Maintaining the billing system
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries

Requirements:

2 years of past AR or other bookkeeping experience

ability to work well independently

Top communication skills

position is working from home 30-40 weekly hours, mainly US hours overlapping.
