As we continue to grow, our Jerusalem office seeks an extroverted Human Resources Associate to assist with a variety of HR administrative duties for our evening operation (Monday – Thursday, 4pm-12am).
The ideal candidate should be people-friendly, highly organized with the ability to juggle various tasks, and have great communication skills. The HR Associate will assist in sourcing and recruiting candidates as well as scheduling interviews.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
• Source for candidates by posting on relevant job boards
• Phone screen candidates and schedule interviews
• Maintain company’s social media pages
Requirements:
• English mother tongue
• Excellent organizational and communications skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc)
• Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases a plus
