Remote Help Desk position for American Hours (Israel time 3pm-12pm)
We need someone who is going to be the first line of support when our students call the help desk or submit a ticket.
Skills Required:
1. Basic PC, MAC and iPad troubleshooting skills
2. Knowledge of Canvas LMS – Preferred
1. Need tech to be able to answer the student’s call and triage in a short period of time. Most students are experiencing trouble while trying to log into a class or take an exam. We will be training on the different SW programs they will be working with.
2. Tech needs to be able to effectively communicate with students
3. New students will need help setting up their MS 365 email accounts, retrieve/reset their passwords for mail and online portal access
4. Enroll students in classes they may be missing access to
