Who we are:
A young, fast-growing e-commerce company operating in the American marketplace. Our offices are located in central Tel Aviv.
Who you are:
A driven, personable Customer Service Team Leader passionate about problem solving and eager to take a leading role in our team.
This role starts as part-time (5-6 hours per day, 5 days a week) and will transition to full-time in the near future (6 hours per day, 7 days a week).
Combination of working from the office and from home.
Responsibilities:
Manage a growing customer service team
Solve complex issues and implement creative solutions
Promptly respond to all customer inquiries
Take responsibility for customer service workflow
Collaborate with team members in other departments to optimize customer experience
Tackle new challenges and unexpected situations with gusto
Work split days: 3-4 hours in the afternoon, 2-3 hours in the night.
Requirements:
Native English speaker and writer with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hebrew proficiency preferred
Previous experience in customer service preferred

Out-of-the-box problem-solving abilities
Outstanding interpersonal skills
