Company building out a Jerusalem office to service a client who is a U.S based Real Estate company with strong ties to the Residential mortgage industry.
Client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial company servicing residential mortgage lenders throughout the US. Our clients niche product combines cutting edge software + excellent customer service, that allowed them to grow from eight people in one department to over eighty people across nine departments, all within the span of three years.
We are looking to hire an Account Representative who will be responsible for a servicing customer accounts. This role will be client facing and ensure we are meeting the clients needs. It requires the Account Rep to be very responsive and communicative to customer’s inquiries and needs, and an ability to juggle and prioritize tasks executed on our platform or in excel. Candidate will coordinate and work with various teams on the US side and be the main client contact for the Company.

This position is based during US hours of 9am-5pm EST (4pm-12am Israel time).
The ideal candidate should have the below qualifications
*Experience in operations/ call center/customer service management
*Strong familiarity with technology applications
*Proficiency with Excel
*Ability to prioritize and multi task in a high pressure environment while being detail oriented
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
*English Mother tongue
*Experience with customer service and committed to client satisfaction
